GEZOLAN receives American Sports Builders Certificate of Distinction
Founded in 1965, the American Sports Builders Association (ASBA) is a non-profit trade association in North America comprised of builders, designers, and suppliers for sports facilities. Working in conjunction with both national and international governing bodies in sports, its mission is to promote the highest standards of design, construction, and maintenance. In the years of its existence, ASBA has developed into the most important American industry association for running track and sports field construction. GEZOLAN has been a supporting member and sponsor of ASBA since 2001.
The ASBA Certificate of Distinction Program is designed to recognize members that contribute to and share in the betterment of ASBA and the whole sports facility construction industry. It is given to companies who illustrate their commitment and dedication to the construction or renovation of tennis courts, running tracks, sports fields and indoor sports facilities through involvement with ASBA and related organizations. Members earn points for their support, participation in meetings and technical sessions, volunteer time on ASBA committees, and industry organizational affiliations. The certificate is awarded for one year only, so that awarded companies have to prove their suitability and re-qualify for the certificate again on an annual base. Receiving this certificate is therefore a great honor for the awarded companies and proof of their expertise.
