The Bridge Lifestyle Hub

The Bridge is a lifestyle hub that was founded in 2021 and is located in Al Qana in Abu Dhabi. With around 8,000 square meters, The Bridge is more than just a fitness destination. Its four floors include a gym, spa, restaurant, juice bar, nutrition area, concept store, art and culture spaces and a rooftop garden. The hub aims to enhance the lifestyle of community members through a holistic approach to wellness, integrating all aspects of wellbeing into the individual lifestyle of users. Therefore, all facilities focus on seven specialized sub-areas of wellbeing: Move, Pause, Taste, Choose, Seek, Expand and Learn.

The Move area focuses on physical fitness and the active areas in The Bridge, such as the gym and group exercise classes. To personalize the user experience, this area includes over 250 workout stations with the latest Technogym equipment, a 200-meter indoor running track that offers breathtaking views of the Al Qana canal, and personal training with over 30 qualified trainers. The high-quality flooring made of elastic rubber slabs made of GEZOFLEX EPDM granules, which blend in perfectly with the ambience of the entire hub thanks to their subtle color scheme, perfectly match the high-quality standards of the hub.
