LOWER MATERIAL CONSUMPTION DUE TO UNIQUE SCP TECHNOLOGY
SCP stands for «Swiss Cheese Principle»: similar to Swiss cheese, every single granule has tiny air holes/vents. This unique foam structure gives GEZOFILL outstanding sport-functional properties while reducing material requirements.
Less is more – less material, same volume
The unique structure of GEZOFILL granules ensures an outstanding bulk density and therefore lower material requirements per sqm. With the same weight, GEZOFILL achieves an up to 50 % higher filling level than comparable non-foamed infill granules. Conversely, this means up to 50 % less infill granules for the same filling level (depending on the overall system).

GEZOFILL EPDM granules are made from first-class raw materials and natural fillers. The sulphur-cured material is based on an EPDM rubber together with hand-picked additives of the highest quality.

GEZOFILL EPDM granules are only available in colors that contribute to the natural appearance of an artificial turf pitch. Due to their foamed structure, the GEZOFILL infill granules with the standard grain size of 0.5 – 2.5 mm have an excellent bulk density of approx. 480 g / l.
Other grain sizes and a non-foamed version of GEZOFILL are also available on request.

The GEZOFILL EPDM granules are used as infill granules on artificial turf pitches for Soccer, American football, Rugby and Baseball, as well as for other artificial turf ball play pitches and sports applications. The granules are filled in loosely in the artificial turf and ensure its optimal sport-functional properties.
Due to the special production technology behind GEZOFILL, the infill granules receive a unique open-pored, foamed structure. Thanks to this innovative rubber technology, GEZOFILL is characterized by its lower consumption and, at the same time, it achieves an exceptionally high elasticity. Thus, best sport-functional properties are guaranteed with less material consumption.
