At GEZOLAN, we guarantee the exclusive use of EPDM as the base polymer. This ensures an excellent cross-linking of the granules and guarantees best mechanical properties and durability.
Optimal polymer content
GEZOFLEX EPDM granules have a well-balanced polymer content of > 20 % pure EPDM. Thanks to this optimum price-performance ratio, our granules ensure a stable and resistant floor covering with long-lasting properties.
Exclusively EPDM as polymer
Different polymer types show different cross-linking behavior – depending on their type, quality and purity. GEZOLAN guarantees the exclusive use of high-quality EPDM as a suitable polymer to ensure excellent cross-linking of the granules. The use of EPDM as polymer is the second indispensable requirement for a durable product.
High-quality ingredients and raw materials
For better aging behavior and the best mechanical properties, GEZOFLEX is manufactured exclusively with the best EPDM, and with harmless ingredients and high-quality raw materials. In this way GEZOLAN can guarantee a durable product with impressive quality and long-lasting product properties.
UV resistance and color fastness
GEZOFLEX EPDM granules set the benchmark for color fastness and UV stability in colored granules. Color pigments of superior quality used in GEZOLAN EPDM granules result in long-term color fastness and resistance to UV radiation. The surface covering therefore remains colorful and attractive for a long time.
GEZOFLEX has the lowest dust content and bulk density of all EPDM granules on the market. This gives you a better coverage and lower binder consumption, which makes GEZOFLEX cheaper than comparable granules in the overall calculation.
Minimum dust content
The larger the dust content of EPDM granules, the more binder is needed during installation to achieve the required density and solidity. The low dust content reduces the proportion of binder that is needed, resulting in lower material costs!
Better coverage
GEZOFLEX EPDM granules have the lowest bulk density on the market, which provides for better coverage. The same amount of material can therefore be used for a larger area. In the final invoice for a project, this results in substantial savings.
Lower bulk density
Rubber granules and PU are purchased by weight. The installed floor covering, however, is based on the volume (surface x thickness). In the end, the costs are calculated per square meter.With Gezoflex you need less kg for the same area that leads to save money – despite a eventually higher base price.
All GEZOFLEX products are comprehensively tested and continuously monitored. In this way, we guarantee rubber granules for floor coverings that are safe for people and the environment, pass all external tests and meet all standard requirements.
Tested and certified
GEZOFLEX EPDM granules meet all current requirements and standards for the intended applications, including the stringent requirements of EN71-3 standard (“Safety of toys”). In addition, they are free from heavy metals, phthalates (plasticizers), halogen compounds and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs).
GEZOFLEX EPDM granules have an optimal sieve curve and a low bulk density as well as dust content. These properties allow a clean and easy installation, with lower material consumption and superior surface quality.

The optimal sieve curve of our GEZOFLEX rubber granules is proof of a well-balanced particle-size distribution within the selected granule size. This allows the floor covering to be optimally compacted and installed in order to achieve a very regular surface and the desired solidity.
Low dust content
The almost absence of dust makes processing of GEZOFLEX very pleasant for every installation team. Surrounding areas neither have to be covered nor extensive cleaning is needed afterwards. This again saves time and money.

Typical applications are athletic tracks and multisport surfaces, playground safety surfaces, prefabricated slabs, molded parts and rolled goods for various surfacing solutions.
For in-situ processing, GEZOFLEX rubber granules can be processed with a one or two component polyurethane binder or coating. This makes it variable and convenient to use. Thanks to its outstanding technical properties, GEZOFLEX is also suitable for processing into rolled goods or for the production of slabs and molded parts. It offers a closed surface in all common forms of floor coverings.

Using a specially developed process, we are now producing GEZOFLEX in Dagmersellen (CH) for the 4th generation. In 2018, our second plant in the USA started producing high-quality rubber granules for floor coverings all over the world.
