Discover the sustainable ingredients of our GEZOFLEX eco EPDM granules

Sulfur creates links between the single hydrocarbon chains of the EPDM and thus ensures the stable cross-linking of an EPDM granule. This cross-linking results in a stable, resistant and very elastic product.

GEZOFLEX eco only uses a premium oil that is 99% bio-based and has a negative CO2 balance. However, it makes no compromises in terms of performance or technical properties.

The GEZOFLEX eco uses an EPDM blend that offers maximized sustainability and perfect performance. It consists of an EPDM rubber with a controlled and certified share of biobased raw material input, combined with an EPDM rubber of controlled reprocessed quality.

GEZOFLEX eco uses an innovative, renewable filler that is biogenic and bio-based.

By adding color pigments and color master batches a fully dyeing of EPDM granules is achieved. The dyes are organic or inorganic, depending on the color.

Depending on the requirements for certain properties, such as UV stabilization or fire-retardant properties, these substances are added.
