GEZOLAN USA receives EcoVadis bronze: Important milestone in GEZOLAN's global commitment to sustainability

EcoVadis is considered one of the world's leading providers of corporate sustainability ratings. It assesses environmental and social practices, ethics, and sustainable procurement. For our initial assessment, we made a conscious decision to have our locations in Switzerland and the US assessed independently of each other by EcoVadis based on their locally relevant key figures, data, measures, and processes. This gave us a well-founded overview of where we stand with our sustainability efforts at both locations and enabled us to identify the respective potential for improvement in the best possible way!

With the EcoVadis Bronze medal, our US location ranks among the top 35% of all companies assessed and, with this above-average performance, demonstrates that it is one of the most sustainable companies in its industry. The successful EcoVadis certification of our US location marks an important step on our common global sustainability journey. At the same time, however, the award does not mean the end of GEZOLAN USA's sustainability efforts. Rather, the US site intends to consistently fulfill its responsibility along the entire value chain in the future. The award should therefore be seen as a further stage in the global sustainability development of GEZOLAN as a whole and as another milestone in a global improvement process.
