Organizational realignment in sales: Jessica McManus and Stephan Sistenich appointed Heads of Sales

Following the change in the CEO position in January 2025, GEZOLAN is now also setting the course for the future in its sales organization: sales responsibility and the associated tasks will in future be shared between the two experienced sales professionals Jessica McManus and Stephan Sistenich. With this organizational realignment in sales, GEZOLAN is strengthening its presence in the relevant markets and ensuring continued customer proximity, as well as providing the best possible customer service and personalized customer support.
Jessica McManus was previously appointed Head of Sales for the Buford (USA) location in mid-2025. In her previous role as Account Manager, she has been part of the GEZOLAN family since August 2021 and also brings more than 20 years of sales and industry experience to the table.
Effective January 1, 2026, Stephan Sistenich will additionally take on the role as Head of Sales for the Dagmersellen (Switzerland) location. He has been working as Area Sales Manager at GEZOLAN since August 2024 and previously held the same position at a GEZOLAN sister company for nearly a decade. For our company, this new dual leadership in sales means, on the one hand, an organizational realignment of the sales structures, but on the other hand, valuable personnel continuity.
With Jessica McManus and Stephan Sistenich, we have filled the key management positions in sales with two outstanding personalities. Their respective experience and market knowledge will significantly contribute to the successful further development of GEZOLAN.

With the appointment of the new dual leadership in sales, GEZOLAN has also successfully set the decisive course in this important area and is well equipped in terms of personnel and structure for the challenges ahead.
