What do you remember about your early days at GEZOLAN?
The employee that I worked with, helped me out and told me tips to make it easy for me.

How would you explain GEZOLAN’s development during the last five years?
The fact that we have seen the work load increase as well as we have been able to hire more people.

What specific anecdote / special moment from 5 years of GEZOLAN USA would you like to share?
That over the years we have tried and experimented different type of shift patterns. We have done 12 hours then 10 hours and now we are finally settled into 8 hours 5 days a week.

What are your reasons why you like working at GEZOLAN? 

• I like my job and I like what I’m doing.
• I like that we act as a team and we help each other. 
• I like that I’m able to learn new thinks almost daily.

What do you wish GEZOLAN and our employees for the future?
I wish GEZOLAN will continue with the growth we have seen in the past years, able to deliver more job for us and for other people who would like to join the company.
